While we take great care in the content & production of this website, occasionally errors in description & pricing may occur. In the event of a pricing error, the item(s) in question will be charged at correct price and we will contact you for approval prior to charging your credit card.
We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges for difficult to ship/large sized items or to remote locations. Customers will be notified before shipping if there is an additional charge. All orders including Custom Products, Sauna’s and Outdoor Showers require a 50% down payment before order is processed. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. All prices are subject to change up to the day of shipment.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, INTERAC e-Transfer, bank transfers, or by money order/cashier’s cheque (must be received and cleared before order is shipped).
All Dundalk Leisure Craft Products ( traditional outdoor & Indoor Saunas and outdoor showers ) are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of three years (3 Years) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna (i.e. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna). Please refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and The Sauna Shop and manufacturer are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the three year (3 year) warranty. Saaku, Harvia and HUUM electric Sauna Heater come with a 5 year parts warranty. Heating elements are excepted. Any installation and shipping costs are to be paid by customer.
All Saunacore Products ( Infrared and Indoor Saunas ) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty does not apply outside the boundaries of the United States or Canada, or to any product which in our sole opinion has been improperly installed, or subject to wilful abuse, misuse, alteration, & shipping damages during the period of coverage. Postage and handling charges of the product to and from Saunacore for warranty repairs and for any related charges for the installation/removal of these products are NOT included in your warranty. Warranty service can be obtained by sending your product to The Sauna Shop (Call +905 519 3396). Warranty repairs must be done only by Saunacore. Proof of purchase and a serial number of the product will be required before any services are performed. This limited warranty is void if the heater is used improperly. Chemically treated water, such as spa or pool water must not be poured over the sauna stones. The sauna room must be heated for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the application of water to the sauna stones. The limited warranty is void if a shower or faucet has been installed in the sauna. Damages resulting from the misuse of the heater will not be covered in the warranty. This limited warranty is void if the installation and wiring is not performed by a certified electrician or authorized qualified service representative. This limited warranty will be void if the information is not completed and returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. The limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. A return merchandise authorization number assigned by Saunacore is required prior to returning any product for repair. Components returned without a return authorization number will not be repaired or replaced. Call Saunacore and ask for the service department. Warranty is non-transferable from original consumer purchaser. Warrants for Each Models: (NOTE: Warranty claim fees apply to individual warranty claim). Standard Sauna Heater: Residential use has a 5 year warrant first year all parts and labour, 2nd to 5th year a $150.00 service charge will apply for repairs of the heating unit only, from the date of original purchase. (Thermostat, timer, pilot light, and contactor excluded) Commercial use has only a one year warranty on parts and labour. Special Edition & Steam Vaporizer Sauna Heater: Residential use has a life-time Warranty; first year all parts and labour, 2nd year and up has an $200.00 service charge for repairs of the heating unit only, from the date of original purchase. (Thermostat, timer, pilot light, and contactor excluded) Commercial use has only a one year warranty on parts and labour. STD HD Sauna Heater Residential/Commercial use has a 5 year warranty with steam vaporizer system; first year all parts and labour, 2nd to 5th year a $300.00 service charge will apply for repairs of the heating unit only, from the original date of purchase. (Thermostat, timer, pilot light, and contactor excluded) Unit without steam vaporizer system has only a one year warranty on parts and labour. Ultimate C6+1 : Same warranty as the standard commercial sauna heater but a $350.00 service charge applies. Ultimate Sauna Heater: Residential use has a life time warranty; 1st year all parts and labour, 2nd year and up requires a $200.0O service charge for repairs to the heating unit only, from the original date of purchase. (Thermostat timer, pilot light, and contactor are excluded). Commercial use has only a one year warranty on parts and labour. Controls: Have a 1 year warranty, except mechanical timers. All mechanical timers have a 60 day warranty. -Any damage or missing parts claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving this product.
The Sauna Shop warranties all products against defects while being shipped. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company if a product arrives damaged. We will assist the purchaser with any such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, The Sauna Shop does not assume any responsibility.
In most cases it will be just one piece that is damaged and we can send you a replacement part or piece. If the entire order is damaged refuse the shipment. The freight company will return the damaged Item to us at no cost to you. Give us a call at 1-905 519 3396 and inform us of the damage. We will get replacements out to you ASAP. We want you happy and satisfied. Please be sure to keep all of your paperwork as we may need copies for the freight claim.
All custom work is final and not returnable unless defective workmanship is determined. Defective custom-made items will be repaired, not refunded.
Shipping & Install
We ship within Canada. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Some restrictions may apply. Our shipping is only to your driveway. Inspect all items for damages.
If there are any damages, please note these on the delivery receipt (sometimes called a bill of lading) and do not accept the delivery if product looks damaged.

You will have to move the items from the driveway. Some of our products are bulky and heavy it is hard to determine the exact shipping cost. We reserve the right to change shipping costs when order is received. Once we receive your order we will send you a order confirmation with the shipping cost before we process your order.
We offer Installation Service if it’s within 100 km. We bring product pre-assembled and assemble it for you. Please contact us for a quote.
Please make sure that we have good access to the installation site and a good parking space for a pick-up truck and 10ft trailer.
We require that the customer has a pad as level as possible ready when the crew arrives.

Refunds / Cancelations
You can cancel and request a full refund of the down payment for a Dundalk Leisure Craft Traditional Outdoor or Indoor Sauna Products and Outdoor Showers up to 30 days after the order date. Any cancelation between 30 days to 90 days of the order date will be subject to a 15% re stocking fee. No refunds will given after 90 days of the order date.
Any Saunacore Sauna models are custom made. All Saunacore Infrared and Dual Sauna Models are final sales. No refunds will be given after placing your order.
