We recently purchased a sauna from the Sauna Shop. The experience was very positive and we really couldn’t have been more impressed with Stefan’s combination of knowledge and attention to detail throughout.Although there were a couple of small mistakes made by the assembly crew, those issues were quickly resolved and Stefan personally followed up with a visit to make sure everything had been fixed to our satisfaction.Overall, we were impressed with the quality of the product and the service offered by the Sauna Shop

Great service! I dealt with the owner Stefan, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite only buying a heater unit from him, he assisted me and provided advice on everything from the type of woods available for typical sauna builds, to height of heater unit placement, etc.I would definitely reccomend the sauna shop!
Stefan was amazing. He answered all our questions, was honest, patient and didn't try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want.
